Nokia must have provided the details of this feature indeed! I don’t think many N95 users will be aware of this application unless they have read this one. I too enjoyed your signing guide and signed up as a developer at SymbianSigned without any major problems indeed!

for all of you having trouble signing symbian applications, the easiest way i have found to do this is by going to https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/public/openSignedOnline.do
make sure that you enter your correct email so the signed application can be sent to you and that you select all on the capability information.
if you still have troble signing the app post me your IMEI number and the application you want signing and ill get it to you as soon as i can

hi gyus!i tried to sign my certificate(for rotateme)throug the way it is given at note2 but in the last part of the sign(at the second part of the prog. genialSIS)i find an error in the times i can sing my certificate!i complete the bolts that it needed corectly but while uploading the certificate the error apears!please help me in this if someone knows or i beg someone who has the rotateme signed to sent it me!

i already install the accelerometer to my n95 but when i tried to download the rotateme it worked but how do i get it in my n95 8gb? any advice…

Am I doing something wrong? I am trying to install rotateMe v2 to my new n95 and every time I try to install via pc suite I get the follwoing error “Certificate error contact the application supplier” will appreciate any help you may offer.ps I have been able to install the dll to the phone without problems.

hi paansen. i’m a complete novice with my n95 but have managed to update firmware to v20 and intstall other applications without phone asking me to sign them. first thing you need is accelerometer plug in. i got that from this site somewhere. then i installed light sabre, shakelock, rotateme etc etc. all worked fine. at first i could not get shakelock to run but discovered i had to press menu key twice while app was open to get it to run. think if you go to app manager>>options>>settings>>software installation…then click “all”… this allows you to install unsigned software?? not totally sure but it seemed to work for me. like o said, i have installed and ran various accelerometer applications and they work fine. I AM A TOTAL NOVICE!!!

Wow great tips! It took me some time but it was well worth it. I am now trying to download the NokMote but there is no link on downloading it unless I make the donation. The other like to Nokia MOSh said the content I am looking for can not be found. Can you give me another site where I can download the NokMote? Many many thanks and continue the good work! how to get rotateme signed, goto http://www.nokia-n95.net register there and fill out the signing form and they will sign it for you for a mere Â£2 donation. i did and well worth it to get it up and working.

Hey guys,
just been readin the posts here and interested in gettin a n95! love all the addons and apps! just an idea and curious if its possible to make the n95 work like a gtech pro (a device used to measure quearter mile speeds/acceleration etc), i believe something similar has been done with a wii remote. That would definately be a cool app!!

Hey guys, just got my n95 8G last week and have been enjoying it since. Downloaded accelerometer and finally got it to my phone – on a mac, it is REALLY tricky to sync. Especially since every time I plug the USB in, iPhoto pops up and even if I quit iPhoto, and then eject my phone from the Finder, it comes RIGHT back on, so I have to pull the plug which gives me an error message saying I disconnected the phone improperly. Oh well, if there is a fix for that, please tell me. But for those on a Mac who need to figure out how to get the downloaded app from your computer to your phone, use bluetooth and send it that way. Go to your Bluetooth dropdown form the top of your Mac and select Send File – from there, you select the file and then select the device (in this case, it’ll be your phone) and voila, it’s sent to your phone, you open the message, it asks if you want to open the application and download it, you follow the directions and you’ve got it on your phone.

Cannot wait for NokoMate to be developed!!! Haven’t gotten RotateMe to work though – probably need to sign the bugger myself

And I have found the links to Accelerinvaders on Nokia Mosh are both dead ( Accelerinvaders and the quoted NokMote )

But watched the NokMote and ShutUp on Samirs website …

Shut up gonna be cool if N95 is ringing or alarm going etc etc … flip the phone over to silence it …. way cool

Hi All,
Not sure whether I am doing something wrong. Installed accelerometer no probs, not sure where it is or what it does. Then put in 1 of the light saber files, I can see it in Applications, but cant figure out to get it to work??? Any help anyone.

elliot> Have you signed it? The download is an unsigned version (I spose because it’s still under Beta) which means you’ll have to sign it yourself. Follow the link next to ‘NOTE 2′ in the post for a guide on how to sign your own apps!

the rotateme plugin will still not install, i’ve run the accelerometer plugin already, so thats not the problem. Any fixes?

Gwest> Just sync your phone via USB or BT with Nokia PC Suite and double click the install files and they will install on your phone automatically (well you’ll have to follow the prompts!)…good luck and enjoy!
